## Artist Statement

I am passionate about sharing over 10 years of my fine art experience with students to enhance their artistic skills and introduce them to various art forms that will make them more curious, passionate, enthusiastic, creative, and confident. I will create an artistic environment where students can visualize their wonderful thoughts and translate them into confident drawings and paintings fueled by creative ideas. Students will also learn creative ideas for making decorative items from waste materials, paper crafts and clay modeling. My methods are easy, interesting, and simple to understand and apply. Students achieve the best results by grasping the deep concepts of various art forms and mediums. ### Bal Krishna (2025)

*Pencil Colour On Bristol Velom Paper*

This realistic fine-art portrait captures the innocent and expressive face of a child looking gently from behind a softly draped fabric. The large, detailed eyes create the main focal point, while the red jeweled tilak on the forehead and the dark, finely rendered hair add character and emotion. A vibrant green, blue, and yellow peacock feather adorns the hair, bringing a distinctive Indian artistic element to the composition.

The child gently holds the fabric with one hand, adding a natural and emotional touch to the artwork. The combination of delicate tonal shading, realistic facial rendering, detailed eyes, natural skin tones, and vibrant feather colours creates a balanced and sophisticated visual effect.
