Entry fees and Program Boost are billed separately from your plan, and both are covered below. For the actual prices, see the [pricing page](/pricing). Every number lives there, so nothing drifts. ## The two plans **Artsume Network** is free, and it is useful on its own. On Network you build your full organization profile, post programs, receive and review applications, invite your team, keep records on your artists with lists and tags, build application forms and reuse them, and connect Stripe to collect entry fees. Nothing expires and there is no trial clock. **Artsume Intelligence** includes everything in Network, then opens the features below. > ℹ️ **Artsume Intelligence is per organization:** Artsume Intelligence applies to the whole organization, not to individual seats. When an owner or admin upgrades, every member gets it. If you run more than one organization, each one has its own plan. > ℹ️ **Artsume Intelligence is not Artsume Pro:** Artsume Intelligence belongs to an organization. [Artsume Pro](/docs/artsume-pro) belongs to a person. They are separate products, bought separately, and holding one gives you nothing on the other. ## What Artsume Intelligence opens On the free plan, each of these shows a lock with a one-line prompt to upgrade. Here is the full list, grouped by where it lives. ### Reading a large pile faster - **Applicant screening**: a written read on an application, so you can triage volume. See [Reviewing applications](/docs/reviewing-applications). - **Contact overview**: a written read on one person, on their record in [Your artists](/docs/your-artists). - **Roster summary**: a written read on the shape of your whole list, in the Your artists rail. - **Roster questions**: the **Ask** button, which takes a plain question about your artists and returns the matching people. ### Reporting - **Analytics dashboard**: the whole of [Reporting](/docs/reporting), its seven tabs and its report builder. - **Audience insights**: the Audience tab's demographic and credential breakdowns. ### Review - **Advanced reviews**: the two-round jury pipeline, the Lead decides option, the Score 0–100 and Rubric scoring methods, blind review, reviewer pools, and automatic assignment. Free organizations keep solo and panel review, recommendation scoring, and manual assignment, which is a working setup on its own. - **Decision letter templates**: your own accept, waitlist, and decline letters, saved once and reused. Decisions themselves are free, and so is releasing them in bulk. ### Your artists - **Smart lists**: rule-based lists that keep themselves current. Manual lists and tags stay free. - **Bulk operations**: acting on a whole selection at once. - **List export**: exporting a list you built and named. This is the product's one export of other people's data, and it lives inside a list. - **Broadcast messaging**: a private message to a group you build. Announcements to everyone who tracks you stay free. See [Send to many](/docs/send-to-many). ### Forms - **Form template gallery**: promoting one of your application forms as your organization's starter template. Building templates is free and unlimited on either plan. ### Program Boost - **Boost discount**: Artsume Intelligence organizations pay a reduced rate on every Boost. See below. ## Upgrading and managing billing Your plan lives in **Settings → Billing**, and only **owners and admins** can change it. To upgrade: 1. Open **Settings**, then choose **Billing**. 2. Pick annual or monthly. Annual is cheaper per month, and the panel shows the saving. 3. Select **Upgrade to Artsume Intelligence**. Stripe's secure checkout takes your payment details. 4. Once payment completes, Artsume Intelligence is on for your whole team. Billing then shows **Current plan: Artsume Intelligence** with its renewal date. **Manage billing** opens the Stripe portal, where you update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel. If you cancel, your team keeps Artsume Intelligence until the period you paid for ends, then returns to Artsume Network. > ⚠️ **If a payment fails:** A failed renewal marks your organization past due, and Billing shows an alert asking you to update your card. Artsume Intelligence features lock while a payment is outstanding and come back once the charge succeeds. Some organizations have Artsume Intelligence granted directly by Artsume. Billing says so, and there is no card to manage. ## Collecting entry fees Charging an entry fee is separate from your plan and works on either one. Fees run through Stripe Connect in **Settings → Payments**, which owners and admins manage. 1. Open **Settings → Payments**. 2. Select **Connect with Stripe** and complete Stripe's onboarding. 3. When it finishes, the section reports whether your account **Accepts payments** and **Receives payouts**. You can open your Stripe dashboard or disconnect from here. Once connected, set an entry fee on a program while you build it. Applicants pay through Stripe as part of applying, and the money is paid out to your own connected account. Artsume applies a platform fee on paid applications. Programs that are free to apply cost nothing, for you or the applicant. The money side of your programs, including refunds and fee waivers, lives on the Payments page in [Your artists](/docs/your-artists). ## Program Boost Program Boost is a one-time purchase that features a single program in [Explore](/explore). Like entry fees, it is billed on its own and works on either plan. Buy one from the program itself: open a program that is currently open and publicly visible in the builder, then choose **Boost** from the ⋮ More menu, which names the price and your plan's rate. Only owners and admins can buy one. The program stays featured until its deadline, or for a fixed window when it has no deadline. Artsume Intelligence organizations pay a reduced rate. See the [pricing page](/pricing) for both rates. ## Frequently Asked Questions **Q: Is Artsume Intelligence the same as Artsume Pro?** A: No. Artsume Intelligence is the paid plan for an organization. Pro is the paid plan for a person. They're separate products with separate features and separate billing. See Artsume Pro for the person plan. **Q: Who on my team can manage billing and payments?** A: Only owners and admins can change your plan in Settings → Billing or the Stripe connection in Settings → Payments. Other members see the current plan name but can't change either. **Q: Do I need Artsume Intelligence to charge an entry fee?** A: No. Collecting entry fees only needs a Stripe account connected in Settings → Payments, and it works on the free Artsume Network plan. A platform fee applies to paid applications; free-to-apply programs cost nothing. **Q: Can I build application forms on the free plan?** A: Yes. Building forms and saving reusable templates is free and unlimited. Artsume Intelligence adds one thing here: promoting a template as your organization's starter template. **Q: What happens to my data if I cancel Artsume Intelligence?** A: Your programs, applications, and artists stay exactly as they are. You keep Artsume Intelligence until the end of the period you paid for, then return to Artsume Network, where the features above lock until you upgrade again. **Q: Where do I see the actual prices?** A: On the pricing page at /pricing.
