## About

Calgary's arts council supporting artists, public art, and creative life across the city.

Calgary Arts Development is an arts council and service organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening the arts for the benefit of all Calgarians. It administers grant and investment programs for individual artists and arts organizations, manages Calgary's public art program, and champions creative life across the city. The organization publishes Create Calgary magazine, maintains a public art guide, and runs programs like the Centre City Banner Program and community-informed public art planning initiatives.

Calgary Arts Development also operates yycwhatson.ca, a guide to live arts and culture events, and produces the Living a Creative Life storytelling series.
