City Arts has long been dedicated to enriching the cultural life of Ponca City. Guided by a mission to promote, teach, and inspire a love for the visual arts, City Arts values inclusiveness, creativity, and education for all. Through collaboration with individuals, businesses, and community leaders, it nurtures artistic growth, celebrates diversity, and works to ensure the arts remain a vibrant part of Ponca City's future.

The organization runs collaborative art projects, exhibitions, an art camp, and public art programs including the Fox Project and a Public Art Fund.
