Art-based therapeutic mentorship for veterans and civilians with PTSD, MST, and mental health challenges.

Helping Through The Arts, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides art-based mentorship programs for transitioning veterans and civilians dealing with PTSD, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Through therapeutic art sessions, participants are helped to separate from traumatic memories, rebuild self-esteem, and express their thoughts and feelings in a supportive community environment. The organization also offers supplemental community programs including housing resources, personalized case management, beauty services, school uniforms, and literacy support.

Sessions are available both in-person and online, making therapeutic art accessible to those who need it most.
