## About

NYC nonprofit offering residencies and exhibitions for mid-career conceptual artists.

KODA is a nonprofit arts organization based in Brooklyn, New York, dedicated to mid-career artists of diverse backgrounds. Founded in 2019, they grant residencies to allow for experimentation and facilitate creative projects through strategic partnerships with socially engaged partners. KODA works with conceptual artists who explore social justice topics, surfacing economic and social challenges through research-driven art.

They serve the community through solo exhibitions of contemporary art, education programs, professional development, and outreach at venues including their KODA House on Governors Island.
