## About

Non-profit foundation offering interdisciplinary residencies for artists and scholars.

The Cultural Foundation Schloss Wiepersdorf is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering art, culture, and science through an international and interdisciplinary residency program. It awards residency fellowships to individual artists and scholars as well as groups from the cultural and academic arena, covering literature, fine arts, composition, and humanities. The foundation organizes public programs with fellows and guest experts, and maintains exhibitions and programs exploring the romantic era and the history of the formerly divided Germany.

Located in a historic castle in Brandenburg, it identifies itself as part of Brandenburg's cultural landscape and strives to reinforce the principles of democratic civil society through debates, commitment, and exchange.
