## About

Regional arts organization funding artists and cultural exchange since 1979.

Mid Atlantic Arts is a regional arts organization established in 1979 that supports artists, event organizers, and institutions throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. It combines funding from state and federal sources, including the National Endowment for the Arts, with contributions from corporations, foundations, and individuals. Working alongside the state arts councils in the region, it develops grants, partnerships, and knowledge-exchange initiatives that foster a wide range of artistic expression.

Its programs connect individuals to meaningful arts experiences both locally and across broader horizons.
