The Port Angeles Fine Arts Center is a gallery, arts center, and sculpture park in one, honoring the legacy of Esther Webster by connecting people to the arts. As a non-profit, it combines creative programming with its natural surroundings to build a bridge between art, nature, and science. The Esther Webster Gallery hosts free exhibitions year-round and supports local and regional artists, while Webster's Woods Sculpture Park offers five acres of forested trails with over 100 sculptures and poems.

The organization also runs arts and education programming including adult workshops, youth workshops, summer camps, and field trips.
