## About

Downtown Ypsilanti arts center with exhibitions, classes, performances and affordable studio and event space.

Riverside Arts Center is a community arts center in downtown Ypsilanti, Michigan, built around sharing creativity, exploring art and growing in community. Its gallery holds six to eight exhibitions a year, showing a wide range of work from students to professionals, and it regularly issues free calls for art.

The center also offers plays and performances, workshops and classes, school-day camps, and gatherings such as the Ypsi Fine Arts Club and shape note singing. It rents affordable space to people who want to teach, perform or create, including artists' studios, a 155-seat theater and a light-filled dance studio.
