Tampa's local public access network for culture, education, and the arts.

The Tampa Bay Arts & Education Network (TBAE) is Tampa's local public access television network dedicated to culture, education, and the arts. Founded in 1987, TBAE produces award-winning original programming that celebrates Tampa Bay's diverse cultural heritage, including documentary series, community affairs shows, and arts coverage. The network airs on Spectrum and Frontier FiOS and streams on demand via its web app.

TBAE also runs a hands-on Media Arts Internship Program for Hillsborough County residents and students, providing real-world training in multimedia production.
