The Annapolis Holiday Market is open Friday and Saturday and is located next to Annapolis Mall, which gets between 20,000 and 35,000 visitors per day. Join the 5th annual Annapolis Holiday Market with other artisans, crafters, and holiday food makers for a fun and festive holiday market that includes live daily entertainment. It's located in a highly visible location near the intersection of Route 50, West Street, and Jennifer Road in the parking lot of Annapolis Mall, a thriving regional shopping destination that will keep the foot traffic coming. The Crowne Plaza Hotel is located across the street, and about a dozen hotels are located within a 3-mile radius. Annapolis serves as the State capital, home to the US Naval Academy, a regional hospital, and a gateway to the Chesapeake Bay, so there is a steady flow of tourists, employees, and locals in the area. Annapolis is frequently mentioned as a top holiday destination due to its many holiday events, including the Annapolis Holiday Market. The Annapolis Holiday Market will have a robust marketing outreach, and marketing partners, including Annapolis Mall and Visit Annapolis, will be promoting the event as well. The event attracts thousands of visitors daily. Artists consistently report strong sales and incredible community support. Admission is free for the general public, and free parking is available on site. ### General Information We are seeking artists and crafters who create their own works, including but not limited to painters, photographers, glass, jewelry, ceramics, textiles, leather, woodworking, sculpture, fiber arts, bookmaking, and home decor. - Spaces are 10x10 and 10x20 - Artisans may select 1 week or both weeks. Discounts are given to artisans who do both weeks - Artists must be present - No resale items - Free on-site parking is available - Hotel located across the street for those coming from out of town - Set up is on a level paved area - Security on-site 24/7 **Annapolis Holiday Market Dates:** Friday, Dec 4, 2026, 11 am to 9 pm Saturday, Dec 5, 2026, 11 am to 9 pm Sunday, Dec 6, 2026, 11 am to 7 pm Friday, Dec 11, 2026, 11 am to 9 pm Saturday, Dec 12, 2026, 11 am to 9 pm Sunday, Dec 13, 2026, 11 am to 7 pm ### Rules and Regulations 1. We seek artists and crafters whose work represents the highest quality in design, materials, and workmanship. New vendors with resale items will not be approved. 2. Selling, promoting, or using tobacco, CBD, or marijuana related items, firearms, illegal products, overly political items, or items that are copyrighted or trademarked by others is prohibited. 3. We prohibit vendor audio devices. Exceptions can be made; please note on the application if audio is requested. 4. The vendor is responsible for the complete removal and disposal of all their material and trash from the event area. 5. All onsite backstock must be out of view; tables, displays, and storage cannot extend beyond your space; all signage must be professionally designed; a return policy must be posted; no credit card signs may be displayed. 6. Parking at the mall is available. Trailers are strongly discouraged as they do not fit in on-site parking spaces. 7. Vendors that need to cancel should send an email as soon as possible. No refunds. 8. Vendors that do not show and give no notice or leave early may be banned from all future dates with no refunds. 9. Vendor breakdown starts at event closing each day. All vendors must be out by 1.5 hours after the event closing unless other approval is given. 10. The event site is not fenced off after hours. Failure to vacate spaces within 1.5 hours after the event ends on Sunday will cause a vendor to be banned from all future events. 11. All participants agree to allow images and audio of their booth, artwork, and persons to be used for promotional and marketing purposes. 12. The artist must be present. ### Booth Information and Fees Show organizers and security are on-site while the holiday market is open. - 10 x 10 space is $675 per week or $1125 for both weeks - Double booth spaces are available - A $1 Million Liability Certificate of Insurance must be submitted with the application listing: Evans Management LLC, 38 City Gate Ln, Annapolis, MD 21401 - If you have employees working on-site, proof of Workers' Compensation Insurance is required when applying **Setup** 1. Move in/set up begins 3 hours before the event opening time. Vendor check-in is with Security at the event entrance. All vehicles must be out of the load/unload area 1 hour before opening time. 2. Equipment (tents, weights, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.) will be supplied by the vendor, not the event. 3. Vendors must secure their tents and/or umbrellas with suitable weights of 40 lbs. per leg minimum. No tent stakes allowed. 4. The event area is not fenced in; security is on-site 24/7. 5. Vendors will need to provide their own lighting for inside the tent; no on-site electricity is available. No gas-powered generators. 6. Vendors may bring portable heaters that do not have an open flame. ### Refund and Cancellation Policy This is a rain/shine/snow event. The event may be canceled or closed during severe weather. No refunds. ### Jury Details Average number of applications submitted each year: 200. Average number of artists selected from the jury to participate in the event: 130. Average number of exempt from jury artists who are invited to participate in the event: 8. Vendors that are excluded/ineligible: Resellers. Images are viewed by jurors on a computer monitor. Within a medium category, applications are sorted and viewed by date the application was submitted. Jurors score applications using a Yes, No, or Maybe scale. Number of jurors scoring applications: 2. The show organizes the jurors as a single jury panel that scores applications for all medium categories. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Jurors are convened as a group in one room. New vendors with resale items will not be approved, and vendors deemed an over-represented product category may be refused at the organizer's discretion.
