## About This Program

Two-day indoor juried fine craft show at the Chester County Art Association in West Chester, PA. Artists exhibiting original handmade crafts are selected by the Standards Committee based on Excellence in Craftsmanship, Resolved Design, and Unique Voice. Accepted categories include 2-Dimensional work, Basketry, Leather, Jewelry, Ceramics, and Mixed Media. Booth sizes: 8'x8', 6'x8', and 8'x10'. Electric provided at no charge; artists supply their own tables, chairs, and displays. Artists handle their own sales and must hold a PA Sales Tax number. Saturday hours 10am–4pm, Sunday hours 11am–4pm.

## Eligibility & Requirements

- **Geographic Eligibility:** Regional
- **Disciplines:** painting, drawing, basketry, leather, jewelry, ceramics, mixed media
- **Note:** All work must be original, made by the exhibitor, and completed within the last 3 years. No imports, kits, commercial or manufactured items. No consumable items (edibles, fragrances, soaps, candles, etc.). Artists working in multiple mediums must submit a separate application per category (CCCG members are refunded the second jury fee). Artists must have a PA Sales Tax number and handle their own sales. Artist or a designated representative must be present for the full duration of the show.

### Additional Requirements

5 images total: 4 images of artwork + 1 image of booth or display (booth image must be last in sequence). Images must be labeled with last name and first initial followed by a number (e.g., SmithM1.jpg). Image specs: minimum 1000px wide on the largest side, 100KB–2MB, RGB color space, GIF/JPG/PNG. Maximum 5 entries per artist. Completed application and paid $10 non-refundable application fee required.

## Compensation & Benefits

Artists handle their own sales; booth fees apply ($90–$210 depending on size and membership status)

Booth fees — CCCG members: $125 (8'x8'), $90 (6'x8'), $185 (8'x10'). Non-members: $150 (8'x8'), $110 (6'x8'), $210 (8'x10'). Payment required upon acceptance; no refunds for cancellations after payment. Electric included at no extra cost. Artists supply own tables, chairs, and displays.
