## About This Program

### About the Event

Please join us for the ninth Arizona Wine Country Artists Village art fair, to be held in Old Town Cottonwood, Arizona on Friday, April 24th through Sunday, April 26th (load-in Thursday, April 23rd, after 3:00PM or Friday morning 6 AM), at the Old Town Activity Park located at 187 E. Pima Street. Old Town Cottonwood has reinvented itself as a world-class wine tourism destination with a number of fine-dining restaurants, bakeries, shops, galleries, and ten wine-tasting rooms including Maynard Keenan's new multi-million dollar wine-making/tasting room/restaurant located virtually across Main Street from the event. Only 30 minutes from Sedona and 10 minutes from Jerome, Old Town Cottonwood has become the region's hottest tourism destination. The event is held on a flat, grassy field that was once a baseball field and is city property. There is adequate parking for hundreds of visitors. Art that may appeal to tourists is strongly suggested. This event is promoted by two exhibiting artists with years of experience setting up at outdoor art fairs. There will be 36 booth spaces available at the premiere event.

### Application Requirements

All applications are processed through Zapplication and must include five photos, four of which represent your work and one of your booth display. The images that you submit are what the jury will look at when they score your work.

You will only be allowed to display and sell products that were represented in your application.

'Buy-sell/Resale' items are prohibited. No Personal Care, Home Improvement, Travel, Food or Beverage. All products must be handmade by no more than three people in the artist's studio. The primary artist must be present during the entire show.

Absolutely no AI-generated art is permitted.

### Jury Procedure

All applications will go through a blind jury process. The applicant's photos, image descriptions and artist statement will be the only information provided to the jury. No identifying information should be included in the photos. Jury scores will not be released. All decisions of the jury panel are final.

Participation in a previous festival, or longstanding history with the festival, is appreciated and taken into consideration, but does not guarantee future acceptance.
