Bray Park. This vibrant 3-day event blends live music, freshly prepared seafood, and a boutique-style arts and crafts marketplace. Event hours are: - Friday: 4 pm to 10 pm (Friday is optional for all vendors) - Saturday: 11 am to 10 pm (6 pm to 10 pm is optional for all vendors) - Sunday: 11 am to 6 pm It's an excellent opportunity to grow your customer base on Florida's southwest coast during high season. Manatee County draws strong attendance from Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral. Paragon events are always about Original - Quality - Boutique. ### General information Application deadline: January 12, 2027 Booth fee payment due: February 12, 2027. All booth fee payments are made directly to PARAGON; booth fee payments cannot be made through ZAPPLICATION. If the booth fee payment is not received by the deadline, those "invited" artists will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Friday, March 12, 2027: Check-in and setup: 9 am - 3 pm. Show hours: 4 pm to 10 pm (Friday is optional for all artists & vendors). Saturday, March 13, 2027: Check-in and setup continue: 6 am - 8 am. Show hours: 11 am to 10 pm (6 pm - 10 pm is optional for all vendors). Sunday, March 14, 2027: Show hours: 11 am - 6 pm. ### Artist services - Overnight security, Friday and Saturday evening - Easy load-in and load-out ### Rules and regulations Email us if you need clarification on any rules before applying. Our Standards & Rules Committee reserves the right to exclude work that does not conform to show standards. Image usage: Accepted artists agree that Paragon may use images for event promotion, for the online website presence of the event, and/or for publicity purposes. 1. Artisans, crafters, and vendors must be present with their work for the entire duration of the arts festival. 2. Artisans, crafters, and vendors are required to show photo identification (in English) at check-in to ensure identity and compliance with all event rules. 3. Artisans, crafters, and vendors may only show work in categories and bodies of work shown to and selected by the jury. 4. All work exhibited must be in the category applied to, and exhibit the quality and body of work that was shown in the images used in the jury process. 5. No Multi-Level Marketing products. Sales tax: The sales tax rate for Manatee County is 7%. ### Booth information and fees Application fee: $15.00 - Single booth: $325.00 - Double booth: $650.00 - Corner fee: $50 - Electricity: $100 (you may bring your own generator for no additional charge) Booth, corner and electricity fees are paid directly to Paragon Festivals, not to ZAPP. Display space: Upon acceptance, artists desiring corner or double spaces or requiring electrical connection must specify and pay any applicable fees when payment is submitted. Specific space requests will be assigned based on the date payment is received. We will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests. ### Refund and cancellation policy Cancellation must be in writing, and submitted to our office by email. - If cancellations are received from 8 to 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund as follows: 50% refund by check, OR 100% credit towards another Paragon event of your choosing; however, you must apply to and be juried into that event. There is a two-year limit on the 100% credit. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not receive either a refund or credit. No exceptions. ### Jury details Jurors score applications from 1 to 10. Three jurors score applications, as a single jury panel for all medium categories, separately from various locations. Applications are viewed on a computer monitor and sorted by application ID within a medium category.
