## About This Program

> "Recent traditional fine art works created in the last three years"

The Gold Medal Exhibition has a reputation for debuting the most recent work from our acclaimed artists, and we kindly request that artists submit works created in the last three years.

### Qualifications

Open to current and active CAC members in the following categories; Signature Artist Member, Artist Member, Sculptor, Out-of-State Artist, and Mentorship Program Member.

Associate Artist and Student Artist Members are not eligible for consideration.

### Subject

Artwork submitted cannot have been displayed in any other exhibition or competition, CAC or otherwise. You may submit up to two "standard-size" works and one miniature for consideration, keeping in mind the CAC's mission, which is to promote the best examples of traditional fine art while showcasing what makes your work unique. Note: We request that sculptors submit three digital images from various angles of each entry. All entries must be submitted through OnlineJuriedShows.com for consideration. Late submissions, or submissions made through alternate means, will not be considered by the jury panel.

If it is discovered that accepted artwork does not adhere to the above criteria, the artwork will forfeit its acceptance into the display.

### Medium and Dimensions

Paintings should be in traditional materials like oil, watercolor, pastel, gouache, acrylic, graphite or charcoal.

Size Limitations for 2D Works:

- Horizontal works cannot exceed 40 inches on its longest side.
- Vertical works cannot exceed 48 inches on its tallest side.
- Miniatures may not exceed 108 square inches. Ex: 9” x 12” or smaller is considered a miniature.

Sculptures must be of permanent material such as bronze, marble, terra cotta, fiberglass, resin, wood, etc.

Size Limitations for 3D Works:

- Miniature sculptures are 14 inches in any direction

All artworks must be original. No AI, or AI reference materials, giclées or digitally enhanced images will be accepted. If it is found that a work does not meet these requirements, the artwork will be disqualified from this display.
