This vibrant event combines live music, freshly prepared seafood, and a boutique-style Arts & Crafts Market, creating a fun and memorable experience for thousands of attendees. ### Summary This event will be held at beautiful Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island. Festival hours are Friday 4 pm-10 pm (Friday evening is optional for all vendors), Saturday 11 am-10 pm (Saturday 6 pm-10 pm is optional for all vendors), and Sunday 11 am-6 pm. This vibrant event combines live music, freshly prepared seafood, and a boutique-style Arts & Crafts Market, creating a fun and memorable experience for thousands of attendees. - Paragon events are always about Originality - Quality - Boutique ### General Information 2026-2027 CALENDAR Application deadline: November 22, 2026 Booth fee payment due: December 22, 2026 - NOTE: All booth fee payments are made directly to PARAGON - booth fee payments cannot be made through ZAPPLICATION. If the booth fee payment is not received by the deadline, those "invited" artists and vendors will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Friday, January 22, 2027: Check-in and setup: 9 am - 3 pm, Show hours: 4 pm-10 pm (Friday is optional for all artists & vendors) Saturday, January 23, 2027: Check-in and setup continue: 6 am - 8 am; Show hours: 11am-10pm (6pm-10pm are optional for all vendors) Sunday, January 24, 2027: Show hours: 11 am - 6 pm ARTIST SERVICES: - Overnight security, Friday and Saturday evening - Easy load-in and load-out ### Rules and Regulations IMAGE USAGE: Accepted artists agree that Paragon may use images for event promotion, for the online website presence of the event, and/or for publicity purposes. 1. Artisans, crafters, and vendors must be present with their work for the entire duration of the arts festival. 2. Artisans, crafters, and vendors are required to show photo identification (in English) at check-in to ensure identity and compliance with all event rules. 3. Artisans, crafters, and vendors may only show work in categories and bodies of work shown to and selected by the jury. 4. All work exhibited must be in the category applied to, and exhibit the quality and body of work that was shown in the images used in the jury process. 5. No Multi-Level Marketing products. Sales tax for Florida is 7%. ### Booth Information and Fees APPLICATION FEE: $15.00 SINGLE booth fee: $325.00 - NOTE: booth fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP DOUBLE booth fee: $650.00 - NOTE: booth fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP CORNER fee: $50 - NOTE: booth fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP ELECTRICITY: $100 (you may bring your own whisper generator for no additional cost). NOTE: electricity fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT through ZAPP All payments made after December 23 will be moved to the waitlist. DISPLAY SPACE: Upon acceptance, artists desiring corner or double spaces or that require electrical connection must specify and pay any applicable fees at the time payment is submitted. Specific space requests will be assigned based on the date payment is received. We will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests. DISPLAY: Tents must be anchored by free-standing weights ### Refund and Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION: must be in writing, and submitted to our office by email. - If cancellations are received from 8 to 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund as follows: - 50% refund by check, OR - 100% credit towards another Paragon event of your choosing; however, you must apply to and be juried into that event. - There is a two-year limit on the 100% credit - Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not receive either a refund or credit. No exceptions. ### Jury Details Average number of applications submitted each year: 100 Average number of artists selected from the jury to participate in the event: 35 Average number of exempt from jury artists who are invited to participate in the event: 3 How returning artists are selected: Selected by show director or board Vendors that are excluded/ineligible: No MLM How images are viewed by jurors: Computer monitor Within a medium category, applications are sorted and viewed by: Application ID (number generated when application is started by artist) Jurors score applications using the following scale: 1 - 10 Number of jurors scoring applications: 3 The show organizes the jurors for a: Single jury panel that scores applications for all medium categories Jurors score: Separately from various locations Am I allowed to observe the jury process?
