## About This Program

The Haverford Guild of Craftsmen, a chapter of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen, is holding its 2026 Holiday Fine Craft & Art Show 10am to 5pm Saturday, Nov. 14, and Sunday, Nov. 15, 2026 at Haverford Community Recreation and Environmental Center, 9000 Parkview Drive, Haverford, PA 19041. Accepted categories include 2-Dimensional, Basketry, Ceramics, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Mixed Media, Paper, Photography, Sculpture, and Wood. All work must be original, made by the exhibitor, and completed within the last 3 years. AI-generated imagery is strictly prohibited. No imports, kits, commercial or manufactured items. Artists must be present for the duration of the show. Electricity and WiFi provided at no extra cost. Artists handle their own sales and must have a PA Sales Tax number. Pipe and drape provided; no pop-up tent frames permitted.

## Eligibility & Requirements

- **Geographic Eligibility:** National
- **Disciplines:** drawing, painting, basketry, ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, mixed media, photography, sculpture, wood
- **Note:** All work must be original, made by the exhibitor, and completed within the last 3 years. No imports, kits, commercial or manufactured items. AI-generated images or patterns strictly prohibited. Artists whose booth includes any jewelry must submit a separate application for the jewelry category. Maximum 2 applications per artist. A 10x10 booth may be shared by a max of 2 artists, one of whom must be a Haverford Guild of Craftsmen member. PA Sales Tax number required for all vendors.

### Additional Requirements

6 images required: 5 images of your artwork + 1 image of your booth/display (last in sequence; omitting deducts jury points). Images: min 1400px on largest side, 1–5 MB per image, JPG or PNG. Completed online application and paid $15 non-refundable application fee. Max 2 applications per artist.
