The fair is situated on the streets of downtown Wilmette among upscale retail shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. The festival will feature approximately 120 juried artists displaying artwork in all mediums including ceramics, glass, jewelry, metal, painting, fiber, photography and wood. Artists keep all sales income from the show. Booth spaces are 12' wide by 10' deep ($550) or 20' wide by 10' deep ($1,100), with optional corner fee upgrades ($200). Load-in is Friday evening and Saturday morning, with vehicle access to booth spaces. ### General Information - Suburban show; contemporary and conservative arts sells well - Artist Sales: artists keep all their sales income from the show - About 120 exhibitor spaces - Amdur Productions staff is present on site throughout the entire festival to assist artists from load in to load out - Booth sitting service available throughout the festival - Load-in Friday evening and Saturday morning, with vehicle access to booth spaces - Overnight parking for artists provided at no additional cost - Equipment rental (tents, tent weights, tables, chairs) and pro-panel wall rental available for additional fees - Booth set up/take down assistance available on a scheduled pre-reserved time, fees apply - Hotel discounts coordinated with local properties - Large multi-layered marketing plan with digital and print advertisements - Overnight security provided ### Important Dates and Deadlines - Through November 30, 2026: Early Bird Application Promo - January 18, 2027: Application due - February 18, 2027: Notifications of festival status online - February 19, 2027 and thereafter: Late applications accepted - March 18, 2027: Registration forms and show fees due (in full or half) - March 19, 2027 and thereafter: Late registration fees apply - April 1, 2027: Last day for refunds (less $50) ### Rules and Regulations All artwork submitted to jury, displayed and presented for sale must be created, designed and made, or made under the direct supervision of, the accepted artist(s), and must be for sale. Photography and digital art must be printed by the photographer or under their direct supervision. Limited editions and reproductions (numbered and signed, up to 500) are allowed. AI-created art is accepted if clearly identified as such, and the artist applying must be the author and must be present at the festival if selected. No buy/sell items or commercially produced work is permitted. Art collaborators (up to two artists total) producing a single body of work qualify as a single exhibitor if clearly noted on the application. ### Booth Information and Fees - 12' wide by 10' deep exhibit space: $550 - 20' wide by 10' deep exhibit space: $1,100 - Corner fee upgrade: additional $200 - White tents only; all tables must be skirted to the ground - Double and corner spaces may be requested but are not guaranteed - Canopies must be white and properly weighted (at least 50 lbs per leg) ### Refund and Cancellation Policy Application fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. If an artist cancels on or before April 1, 2027, they receive a refund of the amount paid toward the booth, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds after April 1, 2027. Artists who cancel after that date can transfer the amount paid toward their booth to another 2027 Amdur Productions festival for a $125 transfer fee. ### Jury Details - Average applications submitted each year: 240 - Average artists selected from jury: 115 - Average artists exempt from jury (invited): 12 - Jurors score applications on a scale of 1–7, viewed on a computer monitor - A single jury panel scores applications for all medium categories, with jurors scoring separately from various locations - The jury process is closed to observation ## Eligibility & Requirements - **Disciplines:** ceramics, glass, jewelry, metal, painting, fiber, photography, wood - **Note:** All artwork submitted to jury, displayed and presented for sale at festivals must be created, designed and made or made under the direct supervision of the accepted artist(s), and must be for sale. An artist may apply in more than one category, but not twice in the same category. Jewelry created through fabrication and casting is allowed if the original casts are made by the artist; no commercial casts or molds are allowed. Photography and digital art must be made by the photographer, with all printing done by the photographer or under their supervision. Art collaborators, up to two artists in total, producing a single body of work qualify as an exhibitor; a collaborator is not an employee or helper, and if artists enter as a collaboration it must be noted on the application and the art shown must be signed by both. No work made solely by apprentices or employees is allowed, and all artwork must be made in the country the artist resides in. Buy/sell items are strictly prohibited. Limited editions of work in which the artist hand manipulates plates, stones, or screens, numbered and signed in editions up to 500, are allowed as original work; mechanical reproductions including giclee and iris prints must be signed and numbered up to 500 and may be displayed on up to 10 linear feet of the booth.
