## About This Program

Join us for the inaugural Bonita Art Celebration, a juried outdoor fine art show presented by Naples Picasso Events on March 13 and 14, 2027.

The event will take place on the expansive grassy field at 28001 Old 41 Rd, Bonita Springs, FL 34135, at the highly visible corner of Old 41 and Bonita Beach Road. This prominent location offers exceptional exposure, convenient access, ample onsite parking, and plenty of space for a professionally designed artist layout.

The Bonita Art Celebration will feature original works by accomplished artists in painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, jewelry, glass, ceramics, and other fine art categories.

Participating artists will benefit from strong event marketing, a highly visible location in the heart of Bonita Springs, free onsite overnight parking, professional show organization, overnight security, and a spacious outdoor setting.

A major advantage for artists is the Friday setup the day before the show, allowing exhibitors to prepare their booths without having to arrive early Saturday morning.

### Eligibility and conditions for acceptance

All artwork submitted for display and sale at a Naples Picasso Events Art Show must be designed and executed by the artist who applies. By applying, artists certify that the images provided represent their original work, including both design and production. Artwork displayed and sold must be consistent with the work shown in the application images, and a Quality Control Committee member will inspect all booths during the show.

Booths are intended for individual exhibiting artists only, following the "one artist per booth" principle. Artists who collaborate on single works of art may apply as a single exhibitor under the conditions stated in the rules, including that both collaborating artists are present during all show hours.

Artwork solely created by apprentices or employees of the applicant will not be accepted. Commercial agents, dealers, manufacturers, or buy/sell vendors are prohibited from participating or acting as proxies for artists. Artwork made from commercially available molds, patterns, kits, volume production, or ready-made items with added embellishment will not be accepted. No posters, laser prints, t-shirts, postcards, calendars, cards, or other promotional items are permitted.

### Insurance

Participating artists must maintain general liability insurance, including bodily injury and property damage liability, of not less than $1 million for the duration of the Art Show. Proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance), listing Naples Picasso Events as an additional insured, must be provided no later than four weeks before the Art Show.

### Rules and regulations

Acceptance is non-transferable. The show is drug, smoke- and alcohol-free. Accepted artists must be present in their booths during all show hours, and no agents, representatives, family members, or friends may substitute for them. Only artwork in the category accepted through the jury process may be exhibited.

Tents must be white canopies such as Lightdome or Trimmline, professional pop-up tents such as Extreme Canopy, or similar styles. Each tent must be secured with at least 25 lb. weights on each leg, a minimum of 100 lbs. per tent, and each tent must have a fire extinguisher visible inside. Tables must be covered and skirted to the ground. No two-dimensional artwork may be displayed on the ground.

Artists must park only in designated artist parking areas. Discount or sales signs, ribbons, and awards from other shows are prohibited. The Naples Picasso Events ID sign must be displayed at the front of the booth. Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting and remitting Florida sales tax.

### Booth fees and deadlines

Application, booth, and parking fees are non-refundable. The application fee is $39. The early bird booth fee is $495, payable by 10/30/2026. The late booth fee is $545, starting 10/31/2026. Special booth requests are $100. A $50 late fee applies to a space that becomes available after invited artists miss the payment deadline. Booth fees for this show are due no later than 10/30/2026, and missing that date cancels the artist's participation.

### No-show and cancellation

Artists who do not register and/or notify Naples Picasso Events by 7:00 am on the first day of the show are considered a no-show, and their booth space and ancillary services are forfeited without refund. Cancellations submitted in writing no later than 90 days before the show are eligible for a credit equal to the art show fees paid, valid for one year. Otherwise, refunds are not provided, except where the show is cancelled with sufficient advance notice.

### Jury and selection

For juried shows, a waitlist is selected based on jury scores in each category, and wait-listed artists are invited as cancellations occur in their category. The show averages about 100 applications each year, with about 50 artists selected from the jury.
