# The Keller Prize 2026

## About This Program

The Keller Prize is an annual international art competition founded in 2022 that celebrates artists across all mediums. From painting and sculpture to photography and mixed media, we welcome creative expression in all its forms. Every submission is featured in our online gallery, providing artists with a platform to showcase their work to a global audience.

One Grand Prize Winner and Two Runners Up will receive cash prizes valued at total $9,000 USD. Each year a gallerist from an Aspen art gallery is chosen to be the judge. This year we welcome Mia Valley of Valley Fine Art as the judge for 2026. Judges decisions are final and no refunds will be offered once a submission has been accepted. Artists who contact the judge directly will be removed from the online gallery and will forfeit their submission.

All submissions will be shown in an online gallery on The Keller Prize website and may be featured on Instagram and Facebook. Artists who submit their work, agree to have images of their work to be used in print and online media.

## Eligibility & Requirements

- **Geographic Eligibility:** International
- **Disciplines:** painting, photography, sculpture, drawing, printmaking, textile art, installation, pastel, mixed media, digital art
- **Age Requirements:** 18+ years old
- **Note:** Artists over the age of 18 working in a variety of mediums including but not limited to: painting, photography, sculpture, drawing, printmaking, textile art, installation, pastel or mixed media. No audio or video submissions. International submissions welcome; all skill levels encouraged to apply; professional and amateur artists. Submission limit: 1.

### Additional Requirements

Name, Email, website, Instagram username and 5 images. $55 USD for first 5 images, $7 USD for additional image up to a total of 15 images. Minimum 5 and maximum 15 images; no audio or video submissions. Once a submission is accepted, there will be no refunds.

## Compensation & Benefits

$9,000 USD total in cash prizes: $5,000 Grand Prize, $2,500 First Runner Up, $1,500 Second Runner Up

**Includes:** Prize

Grand Prize Cash Prize $5000; First Runner Up Cash Prize $2500; Second Runner Up Cash Prize $1500. The Keller Prize reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the competition if a minimum number of 300 eligible paid submissions is not received by the submission deadline; advertised awards are contingent upon sufficient participation to support the prize structure.
