### About This Call

The City of Lake Oswego and the Arts Council of Lake Oswego are pleased to invite artists to submit proposals for the next season of the Gallery Without Walls rotating collection. This nationally recognized outdoor public art program strives to integrate art into the daily lives of residents and visitors. For more than 20 years, the program has made it possible to experience the power of art every day. The call for artwork for the 2027–2029 exhibition cycle is now open, closing November 30, 2026.

Artists can submit completed works and ideas for new work to be completed for installation in August 2027. Accepted artworks will be displayed throughout downtown Lake Oswego for a two-year exhibition period from summer 2027 to summer 2029.

We seek works of various media, including sculpture/3D artworks, suitable for outdoor display in the Pacific Northwest climate and encourage innovative submissions. Submissions of artwork created within the last three years are preferred.

Selected artists receive an honorarium award of $1500, and works will be available for sale (with a 30% gallery fee to ACLO).

### We are looking for artists who:

- Work in sculpture/3D art or new media installations
- Have any level of experience with large-scale public art installations, including artists just starting their public art careers
- Represent a diverse range of lived experiences and backgrounds
- Are available to deliver any accepted artwork to Lake Oswego, OR (just south of Portland) in August 2027

Complete the application Google form. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

## Eligibility & Requirements

- **Geographic Eligibility:** National
- **Disciplines:** sculpture, 3d art, new media installation, new media
- **Note:** Artists must have any level of experience with large-scale public art installations, including those just starting their public art careers.
