## About This Program

> "Portrait"

Portrait photography competition celebrating humanity's diversity. All genres welcome: studio portraits, candid street shots, self-portraits, conceptual and fine art photography. All capture types, color and B&W, traditional and non-traditional photographic and digital post-production processes accepted. Submit a cohesive body of work or portfolio. Applications assessed on creativity, originality, and visual/emotional impact. Winners published in AAP Magazine #57 and featured in the online Winners Gallery.

### Additional Requirements

Cohesive body of work or portfolio. Only a unified group of photos will be published in AAP Magazine. Previously published work in AAP Magazine cannot be resubmitted.

## Compensation & Benefits

$1,000 total in cash prizes: $500 (1st place), $300 (2nd place), $200 (3rd place), plus publication in AAP Magazine and free copy

**Includes:** Prize

1st: $500 + exclusive interview + portfolio published + free copy of magazine. 2nd: $300 + portfolio published + free copy. 3rd: $200 + portfolio published + free copy. Places 4–20 receive publication and free copy, no cash prize.
