The festival draws thousands of art lovers annually and is set up around a central plaza with a fountain and sitting area. Artists keep all sales income from the show. Amdur Productions provides staff support on-site throughout the entire festival, booth sitting services, and overnight security. Load-in is available Friday and Saturday with artist parking reserved at no additional cost. Equipment rental (tents, tent weights, tables, chairs) and optional set up/take down assistance are available for fees. Pro-panel wall rentals are also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth spaces are 12' wide by 10' deep ($525 late exhibit fee) or 20' wide by 10' deep ($1,000 late exhibit fee), with optional corner upgrades available for an additional $100. All artwork must be original work created by the accepted artist(s) and must be for sale. Artists may apply in multiple categories but not twice in the same category. Photography and digital art are allowed if originally created by the photographer. Limited editions numbered and signed up to 500 are permitted. AI-created art is accepted if clearly identified as such. Collaborations of up to two artists are allowed if clearly noted on the application and work is signed by both. Application deadline: January 18, 2027. Notifications of festival status will be provided online by February 18, 2027. Late applications are accepted after January 18. Registration forms and show fees are due by March 18, 2027. Refunds less $50 are available until April 1, 2027. ### General Information - Suburban show - Good for newbies - Artist Sales: Artists keep all their sales income from the show. - Staff Support: Amdur Productions staff is present on site throughout the entire festival to assist artists from load in to load out. - Booth Sitting: Amdur Productions staff is available to booth sit for artists throughout the entire festival. - Load-in: Friday and Saturday load-in available. Artists will be able to drive up to or very close to their booth space and unload their vehicle. - Artist Parking: Amdur Productions reserves close day and overnight parking for artists at no additional cost. - Equipment Rental: Tents, tent weights, tables and chairs available for rent. Fees apply. - Pro Panel Rental: Limited "pro-panel" walls available for artists on a first come/first served basis. Fees apply. - Set Up/Take Down Help: Booth set up and take down assistance is available on a scheduled pre-reserved time. Fees apply. - Hotel Rooms: Amdur Productions works to provide discounts at local hotels for each festival. - Security: Over-night security is provided. ### Booth Information and Fees 12' Wide by 10' Deep Late Exhibit Space Fee: $525 20' Wide by 10' Deep Late Exhibit Space Fee: $1,000 Corner Upgrade Fee: Additional $100 Spaces are 12' wide X 10' deep and work must be contained within the assigned space. Exhibitors must have a white tent. All tables must be skirted to the ground. Only one artist's work or the work of two approved collaborating artists may be displayed per booth. ### Refund and Cancellation Policy Application fees are non-refundable. If an artist cancels a show on or before April 1, 2027, they will be given a refund for the amount they have paid towards the booth, less $50 processing fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER APRIL 1, 2027. ### Jury Details Average number of applications submitted each year: 100 Average number of artists selected from the jury to participate in the event: 65 Average number of exempt from jury artists who are invited to participate in the event: 10 Jurors score applications using the following scale: 1 - 7 The show organizes the jurors for a single jury panel that scores applications for all medium categories, scoring separately from various locations. Jury process is closed. ## Eligibility & Requirements - **Disciplines:** All disciplines - **Note:** All artwork submitted to jury, displayed and presented for sale at festivals must be created, designed and made or made under the direct supervision of the accepted artist(s). All artwork shown must be for sale. An artist may apply in more than one category, but not twice in the same category. Jewelry created through fabrication and casting is allowed if the original casts are made by the artist. No commercial casts/molds allowed in production. Photography/Digital art: original work made by the hands of the photographer is allowed, printed by the photographer or under their supervision. Art collaborators (up to two artists in total) producing a single body of work qualify as an exhibitor if clearly noted on the application and the work is signed by both. No work made solely by apprentices or employees is allowed, and all artwork must be made in the country the artist resides in. Buy/sell items are strictly prohibited. Limited editions numbered and signed up to 500 are allowed, and reproductions may be displayed on up to 10 linear feet of booth space.
