The festival has been nationally ranked in the Top 100 Fine Art Festivals by Sunshine Artist Magazine for 12 consecutive years and attracts over 45,000 visitors and patrons. Approximately 170 juried artists are accepted to participate. All proceeds benefit LeMoyne Arts, a non-profit community-based art center. The festival awards over $10,000 in cash prizes, including Best of Show ($2,000), Award of Excellence ($1,000), and additional category awards distributed through a weighted system. A Recycle Content Art Award of $300 is available for voluntary participation in all mediums. Artists retain 100% of sales from artworks sold. ### Artist Amenities - Artist hospitality area with complimentary refreshments and reserved portable toilets - Welcome Reception for attending artists and guests - Onsite badge for artist and collaborator/associate (2 badges max per booth) - Complimentary quality event T-shirt (2XL & 3XL additional $10) - Volunteer booth sitters - 24-hour on-site security provided by Tallahassee Police Department - Festival website includes artist image and live link to artist's website - High-quality printed program with sample images and website information for each artist - Digital marketing opportunities - Complimentary reserved parking; limited complimentary RV parking ### Jury Process Participation is determined by a 3-5-person blind jury who do not see the artist's name. Jurors are provided only the artist ID, prices, three required art images, a booth image, and an artist statement (500 characters maximum). Jurors evaluate work based on originality, concepts, execution and consistency of style & presentation, and also consider artist pricing. ### Artist Categories Painting; Two-Dimensional Mixed Media; Drawing, Graphics, Printmaking, Photography or Computer-Generated Work; Jewelry; Three-Dimensional Media or Sculpture; Heritage Art. ### Rules and Regulations - Open to all artists 18 years or older, accepted by blind jury - Artists are required to present and sell their own work; no agents, dealers or sales representatives may work the booth - Images submitted for jury must be of artwork created within the last 3 years, consistent with the work displayed in the booth - At least 50% of displayed artwork must be original, artist-created work - Generative AI tools are permitted solely for preliminary ideation; final artwork must feature substantial original human artistry, execution and manipulation ### Booth Information and Fees - Application Fee: $35.00 (non-refundable) - Juried Artist Booth Fee: 10x10 standard booth/$375.00 - A limited number of Double, Corner and Priority Placement booths sold for additional charge - Electricity is not available; artists encouraged to bring rechargeable or battery-powered lights and fans ### Important Dates - Application Deadline: October 31, 2026 - Jury Notification: Mid-November 2026 - Booth Fee Due: January 8, 2027 - Event Setup: April 16, 2027 - Show Dates: April 17-18, 2027 (Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm) ## Eligibility & Requirements - **Geographic Eligibility:** International - **Disciplines:** painting, two-dimensional mixed media, drawing, graphics, printmaking, photography, computer-generated work, jewelry, three-dimensional media, sculpture, heritage art, mixed media, computer-generated art - **Age Requirements:** 18+ years old - **Note:** Open to all artists 18 years or older, accepted for participation by a blind jury. Artists are required to present and sell their own work; no agents, dealers, or sales representatives may work the booth in place of the artist. All work displayed must be consistent with the images submitted to jury and produced by the exhibiting artist or a two-person team collaboration. Returning artists are selected based on having received an award. ### Additional Requirements - 4 images (3 required art images plus 1 required booth image) - Artist statement (500 characters maximum) - Application fee of $35.00 ## Compensation & Benefits Over $10,000 in cash prizes across Best of Show, Award of Excellence, category awards and a Recycle Content Art Award; artists retain 100% of sales. **Includes:** Prize Best of Show - $2,000.00; Award of Excellence - $1,000.00; Additional Awards distributed through a weighted system among categories; Recycle Content Art Award - $300 (voluntary participation open to all artists in all mediums).
