The free admission Art Festival with displays of fine crafts, glass, jewelry, mosaics, paintings, photography, pottery and sculpture. Creative Artists join us at the Uptown Art Expo, festival offers artists a beautiful world class setting with easy access set-up, free adjacent parking, artist hospitality, cash awards and overnight security. The Uptown Art Expo will be strongly promoted throughout Central Florida media including Radio/TV and social media. The Orlando Art & Living Expo, Inc., is a non-profit whose mission to bring art & music together, and enhance the quality of life in Central Florida. ### General information Uptown Art Expo - March 13 - 14th, 2027 Expo Art Show hours are from 11-7:00pm Saturday, 10:30-4pm Sunday. Beautiful Cranes Roost Park at Uptown Altamonte in Altamonte Springs/Orlando, Florida will come alive with artisans showcasing their talents, color and music. The Art Festival will feature art & fine crafts with displays of glass, jewelry, mosaics, paintings, photography, pottery and sculpture and more. The festival will also include chalk street painting competition, international festival foods, music & street performers. Venue: Cranes Roost Park, Altamonte Springs, Florida - Located just north of Orlando, Florida. Public Admission: Free Parking: Free parking and adjacent to the festival site Spaces: 10x12 booth space, for 10x10 tent Application fee: $30 Jury Artist Booth fee: $340 per space - spaces 31-161. Electric: $15 Booth locations 31-143 only. Non-Competitive Artist Fine Craft Space: $295 per space - booth locations 7-23. 166-196. No electric is available spaces. Notification of acceptance will be done by email. If you are accepted into the show, the booth fee must be paid for acceptance to avoid cancellation on the artists' behalf. Booth assignments are completed as payment is received. ### Judging Judging will be held Saturday, March 13th, 2027 from 11am till completion. Our judging team will consist of two independent judges. Awards are presented solely at the discretion of the judges and Awards will be presented at the winning artists' booths at about 3pm. Prestigious Awards will be Presented! - 1 - Best of Show - $2,000 - 1 - Awards of Excellence - $1,000 - 2 - Awards of Distinction - $600 - 4 - Awards of Merit - $350 ### Rules and regulations An accepted application and payment of the booth fee is a commitment to display your work during all scheduled hours of the show. Displays must be professional and all tents must be white. Ribbons from other shows may not be displayed. The approved artist/exhibitor will occupy his/her booth at all times. No subletting or sharing of space is permitted. Artists/Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own tents and for making their tents are sturdy against the wind, rain & crowds. Cranes Roost Lake can be windy at times. Booths require a minimum of 30-40lbs of weight on each support leg of your booth. Tents must be manufactured with flame-retardant materials. Staking into the pavement will not be permitted. City of Altamonte Springs Fire Dept. may request to see a fire extinguisher. Failure to provide required display equipment, Exhibitor will be asked to leave. Booth assignments are at the sole discretion of the Art Festival management. The artist's/exhibitor's space shall be occupied by 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the show, or you will be considered a no show and your space may be given away with no refund or credit. All vehicles must be removed from the show area by Saturday by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Setup and breakdown times will be strictly enforced. No closing of booth before the scheduled closing time on Sunday. Each exhibitor is solely responsible for collecting the applicable 7% sales tax and filing the report with the local department of revenue. Expo reserves the right to prorate the artist awards in the event the festival does not sell out. There is no refunds on application fees. ### Booth information and fees All work must be original, hand-crafted, created and exhibited by the approved artists/exhibitors themselves and must be attributed solely to a displaying artist. No mass-produced items, imports, or buy-resale will be accepted or displayed in the art section. This rule is strictly enforced. All works must be for sale or available for commission. Prints will be allowed of limited quantity of offset prints, giclees, and reproduced work and must be clearly labeled as such. All applicants' work will be reviewed, juried or screened prior to acceptance. Uptown Art Expo set-up information and final confirmed booth locations will be emailed to all artists the first week in March 2026. Festival set-up time will start first thing Saturday morning from 6:00 am until 10:30 am. This will be the only times an artist will be allowed access to the booth space to unload. Overnight Security will be provided on Saturday night. Cranes Roost Park does not allow pets; please do not bring any pets to the festival site. ## Eligibility & Requirements - **Geographic Eligibility:** International - **Disciplines:** glass, jewelry, mosaics, painting, photography, pottery, sculpture, fine crafts - **Note:** All work must be original, hand-crafted, created and exhibited by the approved artist/exhibitor themselves, and attributed solely to that artist. No mass-produced items, imports, or buy-resale will be accepted or displayed. All work must be for sale or available for commission. Buy-sell vendors are excluded from this event.
