# $9,000+ Cash Awards - 4th Online 2D Art International Exhibition - Soul of Artists

**Hosted by:** Soul of Artists, LLC

**Type:** Prize/award | **Location:** Online | **Deadline:** October 16, 2026 | **Entry fee:** $28

## About This Program

> "Soul — art carrying emotional weight, resonance and authentic human experience"

Global open call for original one-of-a-kind two-dimensional works in any subject, style or technique: painting, drawing, photography, digital art, mixed media, fiber and quilt art, tapestry, collage, one-of-a-kind prints, mural and story/picture books, plus work in any material that is primarily 2D in orientation. The jury does not choose based on subject, technique, popularity or academic credentials — it looks for art that carries emotional weight and resonance, that feels like a conversation with the soul, and visual language that communicates authentic human experience. 50+ artists are featured in a full-year online international exhibition, with $9,000+ in cash awards, curated publication features and promotion of the work.

No shipping; no artist statement, bio, CV or résumé required.

## Eligibility & Requirements

- **Geographic Eligibility:** International
- **Disciplines:** painting, drawing, photography, digital art, mixed media, fiber, quilt art, printmaking, collage, mural, story/picture books, fiber art, tapestry
- **Age Requirements:** 18+ years old
- **Note:** Open to all artists aged 18+ who create original 2D artworks. Global call — artists from every country and culture are invited to submit; artists at every career stage are welcome. Work must be original one-of-a-kind two-dimensional (2D) work, created between 2017–2027. Work in any material which is primarily 2D in orientation is acceptable (ceramics, plastic, bronze and sculptural materials are OK as long as the end result is primarily 2D); anything not primarily 2D in orientation is not eligible.

Art that has previously won cash prizes in other juried contests is not eligible. Past winners of $2000 Soul of Artists awards are not eligible to apply again, and runners-up from the 3rd International online exhibition are not eligible in this round; all other past entrants, including runners-up from the 1st and 2nd exhibitions, may apply again. Submission limit: 1.

### Additional Requirements

Submit 3–14 images total (minimum 3 required). High-quality, well-lit images only; crop to cut out background and provide only the artwork in the image. Photo sizes of at least 3MB recommended but not required.

- Via the Easy Application: maximum file size 10MB, accepted file types JPEG, JPG, PNG, IMG, GIF, PDF, TIF, TIFF.

No bio, CV or artist statement is requested. If you have a website or Instagram, feel free to include it.
