## About This Program

Two-phase public art commission for a mural on Ovid Street in Seneca Falls, NY. Phase I (RFQ): a review panel evaluates initial responses based on outlined criteria; artists or artist teams whose qualifications best fulfill the RFQ's purposes advance to Phase II. In Phase II, finalists are hired to develop proposal concepts based on specific themes, which then undergo a community jury review. The selected artist will be contracted to implement their mural concept in Seneca Falls, NY.
