## About This Program

> "Art and sustainability; re-imagining the narrative of waste, scrap and discarded materials in dialogue with the environment"

Nestled in the serene countryside of Jaipur, a city renowned for its rich heritage and vibrant craftsmanship, the Wolf Artist Residency invites creatives from diverse disciplines to explore the transformative power of art amidst nature. At the heart of this residency are hosts Ritu and Surya, two visionary artists dedicated to re-imagining the narrative of waste. Their work breathes new life into scrap and discarded materials, creating immersive installations and storytelling experiences that resonate deeply with the earth.

Set against the backdrop of their quaint farm, the residency becomes a sanctuary for artists to engage in meaningful dialogues with the environment, fostering a sense of community and collaboration. The residency is open to artists from all disciplines from all over the world. We have Metal and wood fabrication tools with technical assistance. Artists get to use individual studios, the studios are made keeping in mind the harsh climate of Rajasthan, the structure is circular allowing wind, temperature and energy to flow.
