## About This Program

> "Wings — subject matter that flies (creatures, aircraft, and other flying machines)"

### About this opportunity

On the Wing is our 60th Exhibit for our Art at City Hall (AACH) with the theme of wings. Your subject matter can be anything that has wings and flies. Bugs, planes, Faires, birds, etc. Think about the wonderous world of both flying creators and flying machines from the earliest days of the dinosaurs to modern drones. Have fun and be creative in your work. Any styles and all mediums accepted but remember to pay attention to the dimensions of 3D work. The case is not very deep.

### Eligibility Criteria

You must live or work in Rancho Cordova, CA or be a current member of Rancho Cordova Arts Organization to submit to this show. These shows are part of the Art at City Hall series of calls for art.

### Application Requirements

1. Size Limits 2D Works: no larger than 48" W x 60"H. All unframed works must look professional and have painted sides, top, and bottom. (these measurements include frames)
2. Size Limits 3D Works: no larger than 16" W x 18"H x 8.5" D (work must fit in the display case)
3. Each Artwork must have label on back w/ title, medium, artist name, email and phone number.
4. Make sure you fill in the online form correctly with all items spelled the way you want it represented on the wall tag.
5. Sales are the sole responsibility of the Artist. Communicate to CCC when something has sold so we can mark it with a dot.
6. All artwork must remain onsite through the duration of the show even if sold. Plan accordingly.
7. All walls hung art must be wired and ready for hanging. We will refuse work not properly wired.
8. Art will be juried via photos online rather than in person. Make sure your photo is of the work only, and it is clear, crisp and represents the work or it may be turned away during intake.
