The exhibition will be held at the Limner Gallery, May 20 – June 12, 2027 and is open for entry to all artists working in any media. All interpretations of the theme are acceptable, including landscape, fruits, vegetables, flowers, fauna and human figuration as part of the natural environment. All artist interpretations of the natural world from the realist to the abstract and conceptual will be reviewed and considered. ### Eligibility and Restrictions The competition is open to all artists, national and international, working in all media. All forms of painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, graphics, digital and installation art, video, collage, digital collage, etc. are eligible. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Wall mounted works must not be taller than 72" no wider than 96". Sculptural work must fit through a standard height, 36" wide entry door. ### Exhibition Winning artists will be featured in a group exhibition at the Limner Gallery, May 20 - June 12, 2027. The exhibition will also be displayed on the Limner Gallery web site and social media pages. ### Exhibition Terms Works may be exhibited as for sale, or not for sale. The gallery will take a 35 percent commission on all sales. Sale price is determined by the artist. ### Entry Fees There is a $35.00 entry fee for one to four artworks entered, presentation is by digital JPG image files. There is a $5.00 fee for each additional artwork above four. Details of 2D artwork count as an additional artwork. Sculptors may provide one additional view per artwork without cost. Artists accepted to exhibit will not be charged additional exhibition fees. Payments by credit card at time of entry using PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Fee payment by check or money order available by request. ### Image Use / Copyrights Artist retains all copyrights to submitted images and represented artwork. Digital images submitted with artist entry are for exhibition selection only and will be deleted after completion of the selection process. By entering the competition, artists selected to exhibit grant Limner Gallery rights to use the selected image(s) on printed materials and the gallery web site for promotional purposes only. Limner Gallery and/or SlowArt retain no copyrights to artists work. ### Notification Artists will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance no later than March 31, 2027. Notification will be by posting the results on or before this date at the results web page, which is the official confirmation. Notification will also be made via email. ### Deadline The deadline is February 28, 2027. Entries must be postmarked or submitted via email by this date. ### Image Guidelines and Entry - All entries are via email with attached images - Email files must be individual JPG format image files; do not send a zip or compressed folder with multiple files - Keep each emailed JPG file approx. 3000 pixels or less on the longest side - Images may also be posted to a dedicated web page, or a google images page and a link provided to the page; web page images should not be download restricted - Video artists may post on a web page or on YouTube and provide a link to the video ## Eligibility & Requirements - **Geographic Eligibility:** International - **Disciplines:** All disciplines - **Age Requirements:** 18+ years old - **Note:** Open to all artists, national and international, working in all media.
