## About This Program

> "Yellow — color-specific artwork exploring the physical spectrum of visible color"

Wavelength is an open call for color-specific artwork exploring the physical spectrum of visible color. This year's exhibition is focused solely on the color of yellow. Artists are invited to submit works of any medium, including but not limited to: painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, ceramic, installation, video, and fiber. Works do not need to be ONLY yellow, but must have a primarily yellow focus.

This exhibition will change color each iteration, offering a fun investigation into how different frequencies can shape human perception and spatial experience. Juried by Ellen, a Fort Wayne based artist, curator and educator who has managed the exhibitions and educational programming at Artlink for over 6 years.

## Eligibility & Requirements

- **Geographic Eligibility:** National
- **Disciplines:** painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, ceramics, installation, fiber
- **Age Requirements:** 18+ years old
- **Note:** Artworks must have a strong presence of yellow. Artists must be 18+ and reside in the United States. Location Eligibility Type: National. Eligible Applicant Types: Artist. Submission Limit: 1.

### Additional Requirements

Submit 1–10 total media files: images (min 0, max 10), audio (min 0, max 6), video (min 0, max 6); total min 1, max 10. Entry fee $12 per entry; additional media fee $12. Submission limit: 1.

## Compensation & Benefits

All artwork sales are subject to a 35% sales fee. Artists will be mailed a check for sold work following the close of the exhibition. Additional Media Fee: $12. Artlink does not cover the cost of shipping to or from the gallery; any damages that occur during shipping must be covered by the artist. Artwork will be insured during exhibition at Artlink; Artlink is not liable for damage or loss in transit to and from the gallery.
