# 2026 New Exhibiting Members BSA

## About This Program

By applying to become an Exhibiting Member of the Buffalo Society of Artists, you agree that you are in compliance with all terms provided in the application, and have paid the $25 entry fee. Failure to comply will result in your application being invalidated and all uploaded documents being removed.

### Submission Details

- Number of pieces: 9 - 13
- Maximum entries per artist: 13
- Maximum file size: 50MB per image
- Accepted file types: JPG, MP3, MP4, PNG

### Instructions

Visual Artists: Please complete the statement and resume fields, and upload 9-13 images of your artwork. Each image must be at least ONE MB in size. DO NOT press the 'Submit' button until you have added all items.

Video artists: Please complete the statement and resume fields, and upload an MP4 video file. Your video file must not exceed 10 minutes in length and must be no greater than 50MB in size. DO NOT press the 'Pay Now' button until you have added all items.

### Additional Requirements

Visual artists: statement and resume fields completed, plus 9-13 images of artwork (minimum 1MB each, JPG or PNG, max 50MB per image). Video artists: statement and resume fields completed, plus an MP4 video file no longer than 10 minutes and no greater than 50MB. Maximum 13 entries per artist.
