## About This Program

> "Alternative and experimental visual art"

Point Pleasant Publishing features selected artists in an extensive linen wrap hardcover art book with a dedicated six-page spread and curatorial review essay per artist. The book also includes Point Pleasant Journal and Shoreline Voice publications. All writing is 100% human-created with no AI. Published artists also have one work on permanent display in an online gallery on Saatchi Art. Accepts alternative and experimental forms of visual art including photography, performance, moving-image (video/film), installation, fiber/textiles, assemblage, collage, jewelry, light design, printmaking, fashion/costume design, and analogue digital (no AI). Artists are selected based on originality, conceptual impact, overall cohesiveness of portfolio, and aesthetic qualities. Alternative/experimental and underrepresented artists are especially encouraged to apply.

## Eligibility & Requirements

- **Geographic Eligibility:** International
- **Disciplines:** photography, performance, installation, fiber arts, textiles, assemblage, collage, jewelry, printmaking, fashion, costume design, light design
- **Note:** Accepts alternative and experimental forms of visual art only. No AI-generated work accepted. Analogue digital work is accepted. Especially encourages alternative/experimental and underrepresented artists to apply.
