### NEW BEGINNINGS - 3D PEDESTAL AND ARTISAN ARTWORK

Celebrating the Opening of the Buenaventura Art Association's New Art Center/Gallery

THIS IS A CURATED INVITATION-ONLY CALL

CURATORS: BAA Exhibit Committee

### RULES

1. You may enter and upload up to 25 representative pieces of your work. Exhibition works will be chosen by the exhibits committee.

2. Size restrictions apply - generally, works that can fit on a medium-sized pedestal.

3. Works that have already been exhibited at ANY of our locations within one year of the deadline are ineligible.

### ENTRY FEES

$25.00 for each three-month cycle plus two hosting (or other volunteer opportunity) shifts per month.

If you absolutely cannot make the bring-in date/time, please contact Jason for other arrangements.

Submit up to 25 3D art pieces. Your total fee is $25. The exhibits committee will help you choose the pieces that go on display.

Accepted artists are required to host (2) 3.5 hour timeslots each month during the three-month timeframe of this exhibit cycle.

## Eligibility & Requirements

- **Disciplines:** mixed media, sculpture
- **Note:** This is a curated invitation-only call. Works that have already been exhibited at any of the Buenaventura Art Association's locations within one year of the deadline are ineligible.

### Additional Requirements

- Up to 25 images of representative 3D work (maximum 3 entries per artist)
- Maximum file size 50MB per image; accepted file types GIF, JPG, PNG
- Entry fee of $25.00 per three-month cycle
- Two 3.5-hour hosting (or other volunteer) shifts each month during the exhibit cycle
