# General Fiction Fall 2026

## About This Program

Please submit up to 2000 words of fiction, either one piece or multiple flash pieces, in a double-spaced Word doc. In your cover letter, please include a brief third-person bio, including your social media handles and/or website.

- All written submissions must be in a Word doc, double spaced, with 12-point Times New Roman font.
- We do not accept previously published work.
- No submissions created with AI (either partially or totally) will be permitted. We want human voices.
- We accept simultaneous submissions, but please withdraw your piece immediately if it is accepted elsewhere.
- Writers/artists may send only one submission per genre per reading period.
- Since we are on a university schedule, we try to respond to all submissions within three months.

We use Submittable to accept and review our submissions.
