## About This Program

### Juried fine art show

Naples Artcrafters is a show that specializes in fine art. In business for over 65 years, our show season runs from November through April. Our monthly shows are free to the public and are held on Saturdays in Cambier Park in downtown Naples.

The Jury process is currently done virtually. You must attach photographs (jpeg) of your work in EACH category in which you wish to be juried and a photograph of your booth display.

Two-Dimensional art must be framed or gallery wrapped. Remember, this process is to evaluate your BEST work, so present it as such. Applicants will be notified of the results as soon as they are reviewed. Once your work has been approved by the Standards Committee, you can visit our online store to pay your booth fee.

### Show rules

- To be an eligible participant, you must be in good standing.
- Artists can pay for one or multiple shows online via Zapplication.
- The booth fee ($125.00) must be received no later than the week before the show. It is non-refundable.
- The submission of an application and show fee is a commitment to exhibit. Artists must be present for all show hours.
- All participants must have a white 10'X10' tent. Stakes are not allowed. Each ballast must weigh a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Each tent is required to have a Fire Extinguisher.
- Only work approved by the Naples Artcrafters Standards Committee may be displayed at our shows.
- Vehicles must not be in the park during set-up and takedown. All vehicles must be removed from the street by 9:30 am.
- Show hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Teardown or leaving before 4:00 pm without approval from the Show Chair may result in being unable to participate in future shows.
- Each artist is responsible for collecting the state sales tax and filing a report with the State of Florida Department of Revenue.

- **Disciplines:** All disciplines
- **Note:** To be an eligible participant, you must be in good standing. No manufactured art is accepted; art must be made by the artist. If two or more persons collaborate to produce original work, each person must be a member, and collaborations must be true artistic collaboration rather than business collaboration.

### Additional Requirements

- 4 images of work (a booth shot is required)
- Images in each category in which you wish to be juried
- Two-dimensional art must be framed or gallery wrapped
