Virtual Exhibition | Open Call for All Mediums Worldwide

CEV Art Gallery is now accepting submissions for the upcoming juried exhibition, Abstract Art Competition, a contemporary showcase of abstraction, contrast, emotion, and storytelling of no shapes no rules in art. This exhibition invites artists to explore the depth and creative possibilities of abstract works across a variety of mediums and styles.

Selected works will be featured in an online exhibition presented by CEV Art Gallery. Awards will be presented to outstanding artists whose work demonstrates originality, technical skill, and artistic impact.

• Submission Deadline: September 4, 2026
• Notification of Acceptance: September 28, 2026
• Exhibition Dates: September 28, 2026 - November 30, 2026

Submission Guidelines
• Artists may submit up to 20 artworks. Minimal of 5 artworks required.
• Entry Fee: $30 USD up to the first 5 artworks. $3 per artwork thereafter. May submit up to 20 artworks. Includes submission of artworks plus platform and payment processing fees.
• All submissions must be original works created by the artist. Ai art, nudity and sadistic/ritualistic art is not accepted.
• Open to all mediums and styles that align with the theme of abstract works

This exhibition offers artists the opportunity to showcase their interpretation of art cross various mediums in an expressive format. All sales are final.

## Eligibility & Requirements

- **Geographic Eligibility:** International
- **Disciplines:** mixed media collage, acrylic, oil
- **Note:** All submissions must be original works created by the artist. AI art, nudity and sadistic/ritualistic art is not accepted. Open to all mediums and styles that align with the theme of abstract works. Maximum entries per artist: 2.

### Additional Requirements

Submit 5 to 20 artworks (minimum 5, maximum 20). Maximum 2 entries per artist. Maximum file size 50MB per image; accepted file types JPG and PNG. Works must be presented without any background and cropped to the edge of the artwork frame or border. All submissions must be original works created by the artist. Entry fee $30 USD for the first 5 artworks, $3 per artwork thereafter.

Non-monetary awards: finalist recognition, virtual exhibition inclusion, digital award certificate, curated digital catalog; 1st and 2nd place receive a solo 3D exhibition, feature article and interview, personal digital catalog, homepage placement, and a Blick Art Materials gift certificate.
