# Call for Artists: Artsume Featured Artist

**Hosted by:** Artsume

**Type:** Open call | **Location:** Online | **Entry fee:** Free

## About This Program

> "Artist Feature"

**Get Featured: Let us tell your story.**

We know how much work goes into a single piece, let alone a whole career. We want to take a week to hit the "pause" button on everything else and just focus on **you.**

If you’re selected as our **Featured Artist of the Week**, we’re going all in. We’ll sit down for a real talk (a deep-dive interview + a video chat), write up a cover story that actually captures your vibe, and share it with every organization and artist in our network.

**What we need from you:**

We’re looking for artists who are ready for the "big stage." To apply, make sure your Artsumé profile is looking sharp:

- **The Portfolio:** At least 5 pieces that show us what you’re about.
- **The Resume:** At least 5 entries in your CV (show us where you’ve been!).
- **The Profile:** A fully finished Artsumé page.

**The "Human" Stuff:**

Beyond the art, we want to know the person. In the application, tell us:

- What’s the real story behind your work? (No "art-speak" required—just be honest.)
- Why did you choose Artsumé as your home base?
