The problem before Artsume

Your work, your CV, your bio. Scattered everywhere.

Every application is a scramble. Pulling files from old folders. Copy-pasting bios. Hunting down image dimensions. Updating a CV that’s already out of date by the time you submit it. The art world runs on professional materials that don’t talk to each other, and you pay the cost in time, anxiety, and missed opportunities.

Artist Statement

My work is rooted in a fascination with animals and the emotional presence they carry. I am drawn to wildlife not only for its beauty, but for its character, movement, and quiet intelligence. Through bold colour, layered brushwork, and expressive detail, I aim to capture more than a likeness. I want to convey energy, personality, and spirit. Colour is central to my process. I use it intuitively, often exaggerating or re-imagining natural palettes to create a sense of vibrancy and joy. These heightened colours allow my subjects to exist somewhere between the real and the imagined, inviting viewers to see familiar animals in a new and playful way. Painting is both meditative and energizing for me. Each piece begins with observation but evolves through experimentation, responding to the rhythm of the brush and the emotional tone that emerges on the canvas. I am interested in creating work that feels alive. Art that sparks connection, curiosity, and a sense of wonder. Ultimately, my goal is to celebrate the natural world while offering moments of colour, warmth, and optimism. I hope my paintings encourage viewers to pause, smile, and reconnect with the wildness that surrounds us and lives within us.

Offline · In real life

When you meet a gallerist at an opening, hand them your Artsume, not your Instagram. Your passport travels with you: an Apple Wallet pass on their phone, the Artist Card on your lanyard, a business card you can hand off, an artwork label that links to the full work.

Attestation · Signed by the org

Every win, signed by the source.

When you list a grant, a residency, or an exhibition, Artsume routes it to the awarding organization for a one-click confirmation. The org sees a queue of pending attestations. They tick off the ones that happened. The verified mark appears on your CV. Your professional history becomes verifiable, not aspirational.
