Dear die blare

"Deur die blare" literally translates to "between the leaves" but in Afrikaans it means 'a little bit confused either due to stupidity, intoxication or sleepiness' My little girl and I worked on this for a few nights in the witching hours between dinner and bed.
A large abstract painting reminiscent of glimpses of sky through the leaves on a sunny day. Acrylic paint, oil and soft pastels on board. Created in collaboration with my 1 year old daughter.
