- Sign up for a free account, then open your profile to start building it. Add your basic information, upload a profile photo, and write your artist statement. Then add your education, exhibitions, awards, and more to your CV.

- Open the CV tab on your profile and choose 'Add a CV line' (or import an existing CV). Pick the type (education, exhibition, award, grant, residency, and so on), then fill in the details. Artsume formats everything to CAA standards for you.
- How do I apply to programs on Artsume?
- Use Explore to find open calls, grants, residencies, and more. Open a program to see its details and requirements, then select 'Apply now'. Your CV and portfolio are pulled in based on what the program asks for, and you can save a draft and finish later.
- How do organizations create programs on Artsume?
- Open your organization's Programs page and select 'New program', then pick a program type from the Create a program dialog. Fill in the overview, eligibility, timeline and compensation, then build the application form to collect exactly what you need from applicants.
