Just another lemon tree, 2026

Description

Large impressionistic painting of lemons hanging on a lemon tee, with blue sky visible through the trees. Acrylic on board. I had "just another lemon tree" stuck in my head for days before painting this. It brings together some of my absolute favourite things: lemons, the light shining through the trees on a sunny day, and the freedom to paint on a random Thursday afternoon. Life can give me all the lemons it likes. I eat them with salt.
