While completing this work, the title Dotted Line surfaced naturally. I was reflecting on how life unfolds not through linear progression, but through fragments, moments and encounters that reveal meaning only when connected over time. The repeated arches function as thresholds, referencing architectural gateways as symbols of passage and transformation. The standing figures occupy a space between past and future, while a solitary seated presence embodies the pause necessary before movement resumes. Part of my ongoing Point of View series, this work considers how direction emerges gradually, constructed through perspective rather than certainty.
A structured composition of repeated arches and elongated figures arranged within layered tonal fields. Subtle variations in form and color create rhythm and spatial depth.
