In this work, the arch functions as both monument and threshold. It symbolizes passage, between homeland and new terrain, memory and reinvention. Suspended within a coastal horizon, the structure reflects resilience while acknowledging erosion. The surface itself becomes a site of excavation, where layers suggest both protection and exposure.
An architectural form rises between sea and sky, constructed through layered tonal washes and textured surfaces. The composition balances solidity and dissolution.
