1300 Association

The 1300 Association is a membership block association in Louisville's Old Louisville neighborhood, representing property owners on the 1300 block of South Third Street. It is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit that works to protect and improve the block's property, safety, lighting and appearance, along with the surrounding area within about 400 feet. The association supports arts and neighborhood life, including the St. James Court Art Show, the Old Louisville Holiday Homes Tour and initiatives for Central Park. Membership is open to property owners on the block for annual dues of $20 per person, and the group meets monthly.
