A Delhi art society holding annual All India Art Exhibitions and publishing art journals since 1928.
The All India Fine Arts & Crafts Society (AIFACS) was formed in 1928 when prominent Indian artists came together to decorate India House in London. It was registered on 25 April 1938 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and has held its All India Annual Art Exhibition regularly since 1928. The Society organises national and international exhibitions covering painting, photography, studio pottery, water colour, traditional art, portraits, drawing, graphics, sculpture and digital art. It honours veteran artists and confers the Kala Ratna, Kala Vibhushan and Kala Shree title awards. AIFACS also publishes the art journal Roopa-Lekha and the Art News bulletin, and runs a regional centre at Panchkula, Haryana, established in 1994.
