Aperture Foundation

Aperture Foundation is a photography organization built around Aperture magazine, publishing photography books and limited-edition prints through its store. Its editorial platform carries essays, interviews, portfolios, and reviews spanning contemporary and historical photography. It runs public programs such as Aperture Conversations and the Aperture PhotoBook Club, bringing photographers, curators, and writers together in conversation. Led by executive director Sarah Meister, the organization is opening a new permanent home at 380 Columbus Avenue this September, a space for the public to gather and engage with photography.
