ARCUS PROJECT

ARCUS Project is an art and culture initiative based in Ibaraki, Japan, dedicated to promoting regional development through the arts. The organization runs an Artist-in-Residence Program that invites internationally active artists to support their creative investigations in a new environment. ARCUS also operates a Learning Program that offers residents of all ages opportunities to engage with and experience contemporary art. Through these twin programs, ARCUS bridges international artistic practice with local community engagement.
