ArtFields

ArtFields is an annual art competition and festival held each spring in Lake City, South Carolina. It began in 2013 with a mission of elevating the profile of artists who live and work in the Southeastern United States. The event brings the whole town into the celebration. Selected artists show their work in galleries, warehouses, restaurants, shops and other downtown venues, so art is accessible to everyone. Artists from twelve Southeastern states compete for more than $100,000 in cash prizes, including a Grand Prize, People's Choice Awards and Merit Awards. Thousands of visitors, including curators, collectors, critics and news media, see the selected work.
